1. About DLocker Software LABS
DLocker Software LABS ("Company", "we", "us") is a micro-SaaS factory incorporated in dlockerlabs.com. We publish single-page calculation and productivity tools accessible at dlockerlabs.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By accessing or using our services you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Description of Services
We offer the following services:
- Free Tools — Single-page calculators and productivity tools accessible without registration, subject to usage limits.
- Pro Subscription — Unlimited tool access, PDF export, and calculation history for individual users. Available monthly ($7/mo) or annually ($49/yr).

- 3 uses per day per tool
- No login required
- Access to full catalog
- No PDF export
- Unlimited uses, all tools
- PDF export
- Calculation history
- One subscription covers the full catalog
- Annual option: $49/year
Prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Payment Terms
All payments for Pro subscriptions are processed by Polar.sh, our payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to Polar's Terms of Service at polar.sh/terms.
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Account settings in the dashboard.
- Failed payments result in immediate suspension of Pro access.
- All transactions are in USD.
6. Refund Policy
- Pro Monthly — full refund within 14 days of initial charge, no questions asked. No refunds after 14 days.
- Pro Annual — full refund within 30 days of initial charge, no questions asked. No refunds after 30 days.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our tools or website.
- Circumvent usage limits through automation, proxies, or other technical means.
- Resell access to our tools without our written permission.
- Use our services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our software.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and trademarks on dlockerlabs.com are owned by DLocker Software LABS. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
9. Disclaimers
Our tools provide estimates and calculations for informational purposes only. Results are not financial, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on tool outputs.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DLOCKER SOFTWARE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 USD.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for early cancellation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence may also apply.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (for Pro subscribers) and noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
