DLocker Software LABS is a micro-SaaS factory based in dlockerlabs.com. We publish single-page tools for solopreneurs and freelancers. Our website is dlockerlabs.com.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide our services:
- Email address — when you subscribe to a Pro plan or contact us.
- Usage data — anonymous, aggregated statistics about which tools are used and how often (no personally identifiable information).
- Payment data — processed securely by Polar.sh. We never store your card details on our servers. Subscription refund terms are covered in our Refund Policy.
- Cookie preference — stored locally in your browser via localStorage to remember your consent choice.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, physical addresses, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.
3. Cookies
We use minimal cookies and browser storage:
- Cookie consent preference — stored in localStorage to avoid showing the banner repeatedly.
- Session / functional cookies — used by Supabase to maintain authenticated sessions for Pro subscribers.
- Payment processing cookies — set by Polar.sh to facilitate secure checkout, fraud prevention, and subscription management.
- Analytics — we may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics. No tracking pixels or third-party ad cookies are set.
You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time through your browser settings. Declining cookies will not prevent you from accessing our free tools.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Supabase — provides our backend database and authentication. Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in compliance with their privacy policy. See supabase.com/privacy.
- Polar.sh — handles all payment processing and subscription management. Your billing data is governed by their privacy policy at polar.sh/privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties beyond the processors listed above.
5. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your Pro subscription.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets). We do not send unsolicited marketing email.
- To understand aggregate usage trends and improve our tools.
- To comply with legal obligations.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we delete your personal data within 90 days unless required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data.
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion — request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Opt-out — opt out of any data sale (we do not sell data, but you can still request this).

8. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: HTTPS on all pages, encrypted storage via Supabase, and no plain-text passwords. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure — please use a unique password.
9. Children's Privacy
Our tools are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately at hello@dlockerlabs.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
