Refund Windows at a Glance
Full refund within 14 days of initial charge, no questions asked. No refunds after 14 days.
Full refund within 30 days of initial charge, no questions asked. No refunds after 30 days.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@dlockerlabs.com with:
- Your order number (found in your purchase receipt)
- The email address used at checkout
- The plan or product you are requesting a refund for
Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Payments are processed by Paddle; refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Renewals
Refund windows apply to the initial charge only. Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings to prevent future charges — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
